Remember when I said we couldn't take a picture well here are some from the 200 plus pic we took just bowling. It is hard getting everyone in sync. We take turns with the tongues. Shah was upset because he got a strike when he was trying to get the LOWEST score. We love our family. Thanks for the PICS.




























Oh YES!!! When everyone else is having Turkey dinner we have our traditional Pizza. I think it has been about 6 or 7 years. We started getting together on Thanksgiving morning and go bowling as a family. It is the fun-est and funniest time and we talk about it all year. This year again we tried to get the LOWEST score on the second game. We put the bumpers up for everyone. We laughed so much, it is really hard to do and you can't believe how many strikes you can get when you are trying to get the lowest score. I think Shah got the lowest score this year. Congrats. Here are some Pic from our morning of fun.

Last Monday Alyse had her gallbladder out. I was so concerned that I couldn't be there. I have some wonderful daughters who took up the slack when I couldn't be there. Alex and Andraea were there and Alyse enjoyed having them there before her surgery. I talked to Alyse after and she said that both Alex and Draea were cracking so many jokes it kept her entertained as she waited. Thanks to Gen for coming down too. She is doing great now.
Phil and I have had Ashton staying with us so that Alyse could get some rest without a noisy 5 year old. The other night after a long day at school and an evening with SEP conferences. We got dinner and then we got ready for bed. It was, I think 9:30 by the time I laid down with Aston for a good nights sleep. I was so tired but that doesn't mean everyone is tired. As I laid there silently just waiting for Ashton to fall asleep (he kept wiggling). Ashton starts to quiet down and this is what I heard, "A S H T O N" Then I think OK you are spelling your name, but then I hear "A L Y S E, A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z." YES AND THEN HE SPELLED THEM AGAIN. You really get an insight into the mind of a child when they are falling asleep. When he finally fell asleep I took this picture I couldn't help my self

I don't know why but our family just can't take a picture we have to act like crazy people. It sure is fun and these are just a few of the crazy pics I have caught. Great memories, that is what we are always trying to make "Great memories." We love spending time with our family.





Gentry and I had a great time going to a cooking class at Thanksgiving Point. The food was sure yummy, but the time together was unforgettable. Thanks for a fun Saturday. I was also able to take some pics of Mallory. Isn't Thanksgiving Point the place for photo shoots? We sure loved spending time together. Lv mom



Halloween was so fun to spend it with Mallory. She was such a cute kitten. We loved spending time with Mallory and her mom and dad. Lv Mom




What a cutie! Mallory's such a girl she changed clothes a couple of time while we were there.




We went up to Mallory's house for Halloween. Shah was making a cake for Gentry for her birthday. Sometimes you just have to have a taste of frosting. Don't you just love the "M". Pretty good looking cake. Shah must take after his dad. I recall when Shah was just a few years old Phil was going to college and working at ZCMI in the house ware department. He had the chance to take a couple of Wilton cake decorating classes. I think we had a new cake every week for a few months if not longer. We sure enjoyed the cakes. Lv mom




I had a Friday off of school just before Halloween and Alyse, Ashton, Andraea, and I went to Wheeler Farm. I think it has been years since I've been there it was a great day with a lot of laughter and some great pictures. At the end of our visit Ashton chose a pumpkin to take home. When you are faced with so many pumpkins you have a hard time picking the right one. Ashton wanted the smallest one in the patch but his mom convinced him to pick a larger one. UEA,
We went to UEA and got all the freebees from the vendors. We spent most of the day there. After a full day and a lot of bags full of pens and pencils I took Phil home to rest. We also dropped Alyse and Alex off. Ashton and I went to West Jordan Park for an hour of fun running and playing. I wasn't running he was, I was just taking pics. I love being a grandma




Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus came to town. They had an Elephant parade down town. Phil, Alyse and Ashton went down to see the parade. Lv the pics.



School is back in and I sometimes miss out on those things happening during the day. Dad and Alyse took a drive up the Alpine loop to see the beautiful leaves this fall. I'm so glad they can spend time together. I get the pics. Smile:)


Dad and I had a great time visiting Mallory on Sunday and seeing present her part in the Primary program. What proud Grandparents we are. Thanks Gen for being such a great mom and helping Mal develop her talent of Public Speaking. So sorry we didn't get pic before we all changed out of our Church Clothes. Mal and I had a great time just swinging out in the backyard and having our own little party outside. Thanks Mal Lv you.


The other day Andraea was over and visiting with Ashton on the couch. They were talking about her new pet fish. This was their conversation. We all had a good laugh. Kids are so truthful.

Draea: Ash you gotta come see my fish, now i dont live alone. Ashton: Did you borrow it?. Draea: no i bought it. Ashton: Oh is he gonna protect you?.... Hilarious.

School started and I was just getting into the swing of things when Monday, 31 of
August I came down with the flu. I even had to have Phil and Draea come and pick me up at school I was so sick. I spent the week (7 days) sleeping, fluids, meds and a mushy brain. I'm feeling better but not 100% yet





We had a Great time together with family.
